very week, Wagner Homes brings all of our contractors together in one room for coffee and donuts while we review every job we have in process. We've found this really solidifies the team because everyone realizes that when they're doing something, it will affect the person in front of them and the one behind them. Every month we meet with our clients to review job schedules, allowance guides, and to check their expectations. We make sure any issues or concerns are addressed.
