Homes Service and Warranty departments are integral components of
the custom building experience. Their purpose is to ensure
that the high quality and standards that go into the designing
and building of a client's prestigious, custom home will be
maintained during the lifetime of their home. It is these
service and warranty programs that continually set the Wagner
Homes team above and beyond other area home builders.

Service and Warranty departments are separate and exclusive business
departments owned by Wagner Homes, part of the Wagner Homes professional
team and serving only Wagner Homes homeowners.

Department provides homeowners with 2 walk through's;
60 days after closing and 11 months after closing. The Warranty
manager produces a work list from the walk through and schedules
a CSD(Client Satisfaction Day) where all listed
items are addressed on a single day. This well-appreciated
service minimizes disruption to our clients busy lives.Leila Buford CRPour Service and Warranty Manager
has won a prestigious, national award for this valuable service
provided to our Wagner Homes' clients.he Wagner Homes' Service Department can provide routine
maintenance services (furnace filters, gutter cleaning, power washing,
interior and exterior caulking and painting etc.) They can provide
service needed for repairs (including assisting with homeowner insurance
claims.) The Service department will work with the building and design
teams for remodeling, finishing and addition projects. Kitchen remodeling,
finishing lower levels and bonus rooms are frequent requests from Wagner
homeowners. The Wagner's team specializes in keeping harmony between
the original build and design work with the newer work. Whatever task
the Wagner Homes Service Department undertakes for the client, the
client receives the same professional and responsible service during
maintenance, repairs or remodeling as when designing and building their
prestigious home. Both the Service and Warranty departments meet and
exceed the rigourous standards of Wagner Homes' professional team service.
